Martin Acosta teaches classical guitar and Rock and Blues guitar at the School of Music of Shine.
Martin is graduated from the Conservatory of Music of the National University of Colombia under the mentorship of teacher Irene Gomez as a professional guitarist. In 2014 he moved to Barcelona to continue his postgraduate studies in musical composition and production at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) and the Pompeu Fabra University, later in 2016 he obtained a Master’s degree in “Musicology and musical education” at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Currently he dedicates a large part of his activity to music composition and production for audiovisual media and advertising. Combining this activity with musical teaching, he teaches classical, acoustic and electric guitar, ukulele, banjo, covering many different musical styles.
