Felipe Soto teaches the drums at The Shine School of Music
Felipe arrived in Barcelona in April 2010 with a degree in performing arts from the University of Arts and Social Sciences ARCIS (Chile). That same year he studied a master’s degree in communication at INSA Barcelona, and in 2011 he entered Taller de Músics, where he began to develop as a musician and study drums.
Since 2010, Felipe has been playing as an integral part of various live music groups in trio and quartet formats, regularly performing in some of the most famous bars in the center of Barcelona such as Jazz Club, London bar, Hard Rock Café, Mercat Princesa and hotels like the Gran Palace, among others. In 2015 he began musical projects with local producers in the area and toured the peninsula and the rest of Europe. He is currently a member of Groovaloo Funk, Al Pladellorens Trio and Fuerza 4.
